Joanna Sellors

Joanna is a UK artist living and working in North Devon.

Her latest body of work - Geometric Abstraction - has been a journey exploring the upward movement of consciousness, choosing not to be satisfied with the limitations of what 'is' but instead focusing on how we would like it to be. 

Markings of previous lines often faintly visible left to remind us of the paths we have chosen to take, step away from and change direction from, honouring the process of where we have been and where we are going.

Combining intensity of acrylic colour, intricacy of shape and sharpness of line to create beautiful contemplative moments.
