PRIVACY

At no point will Poolside.es use the information you provide for any other reason than to complete and ship your purchase.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

All promotional e-mails that we send have an easy unsubscribe feature that allows you to remove yourself from future mailings.

PRICE

The prices displayed on the site are expressed in Euros [€], inclusive of VAT.

AVAILABILITY

Each article appearing on the site means that it is available for purchase. If there is any delay expected with dispatching your order we will contact you immediately to let you know and will continue to keep you informed of the expected dispatch date.

You may also take due note of the average parcel delivery times. However, they are notified to you for guidance only. Consequently, the responsibility of Bungalow Graphics cannot be evoked if the real delivery times exceed those given for guidance once the package is in the hands of the chosen transporter.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Any customs duties and taxes specific to each country, are your responsibility and payable by you over and above the value of your order and the cost of carriage and packaging. According to the applicable law in the destination country of your order, they may be duly collected from the addressee of the parcel. It is therefore your responsibility to seek information from the responsible authorities in your country or in the country to which your order is to be delivered.

DELIVERY

All  products are sent in re-inforced packages either by colissimo recorded delivery or by a transporter. When you receive your package and before signing for it, it is imperative to inspect the contents in front of the courier or postal person.

Do not sign anything before you have checked the contents of your package.

If there is any damage to your artwork or product, you can make an immediate damage report, refuse the package and it will be shipped back to us. No reclamations will be accepted if the above steps have not been followed and we do not have a copy of the damage report signed in front of the delivery person.
